Refund policy

In the event that you need to return a product, this must be initiated within 7 days of your original delivery date.

You can request a return by reaching out to us directly using our contact form below. Please include the following in your message:

- Order number

- Items you would like returned

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn or appear to have been damaged by the customer. Please ensure that all tags are still attached to the garment.

We will only provide return labels for returns that are made on the basis that the items were faulty when shipped. For any other reasons, paying the return postage fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
